Emmanuel Chuks Okoh, a Fellow of ICAN, has extensive public sector audit experience since joining the Office of the Auditor-General (Local Government), Delta State in 2002. He holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurial & Business Management. He pioneered the ICT and Value for Money Audit Unit, served as Director of Administration, and is currently Director (Local Government Accounts 2).
